美谷项方亮律师应邀出席曹杨新村街道基层普法联系点征询座谈会

近日，上海市普陀区人大常委会在曹杨新村街道基层立法联系点召开《上海市区人民代表大会常务委员会街道工作委员会工作条例（草案）》和2022年市人大立法计划征询座谈会。本所执行主任项方亮律师应邀出席此次座谈会。

普陀区人大法制委员会、监察和司法委员会主任委员宋鲁闽，普陀区各街镇人大工委分管领导，包括上海美谷律师事务所在内的多名院校、律所法学专家教授受邀出席。各街道工委副主任、镇人大副主席主要从《条例》的落实、人员的配备、经费的保障等方面进行了讨论。与会的法学专家主要从《条例》的结构、逻辑的顺序、语言的规范、内容的归纳等方面发表了意见。会议最后还对2022年市人大常委会的立法计划进行了研讨。
本所项方亮律师针对上海市民办幼儿园的政策提出了自己的看法，其认为应该积极鼓励支持社会资本参与到民办幼儿园的建设之中。区人大法制委员会、监察和司法委员会主任委员宋鲁闽强调：“要进一步理顺街道工委与区人大之间的工作关系、要进一步对街道工委的职责进行细化、要进一步对街道工委的工作内涵进行明确。”此次会议取得圆满成功，各领导专家群体积极建言献策。美谷律所一直以来通过各种渠道参政议政，从而更好的为广大客户提供精准的法律服务。
On the morning of December 2, 2021, the Standing Committee of Putuo District People's Congress of Shanghai held the regulations on the work of the street Working Committee of the Standing Committee of Shanghai urban people's Congress (Draft) and the consultation forum on the legislative plan of the Municipal People's Congress in 2022 at the grass-roots legislative contact point of Caoyang Xincun street. The deputy directors of the neighborhood working committees and the vice chairmen of the town people's Congress mainly discussed the implementation of the regulations, the allocation of personnel and the guarantee of funds.
Legal experts mainly expressed their opinions on the structure, logical order, language standardization and content induction of the regulations.
