2020年4月2日，上海市吉林商会秘书长张振民先生代表秘书处和吉林商会莅临上海美谷律师事务所总部考察交流，上海美谷律师事务所主任汤佳律师、执行主任项方亮律师、高级战略顾问卜艳以及运营总监沈陈燕女士热情接待。
On April 2, 2020, Mr. Zhang Zhenmin, Secretary General of the Shanghai Jilin Chamber of Commerce, visited the headquarter of Shanghai BeautyValley Law Firm on behalf of the Secretariat and Jilin Chamber of Commerce with the purpose of inspection and communication,and received warm reception from Ms. Amy Tang, Director of Shanghai Beauty Valley Law Firm,Mr. Xiang Anglia, Executive Director, Bu An, Senior Strategic consultant, and Ms. Chen Cheney, Director of Operations.
During the period, Mr. Xiang Anglia, Executive Director, introduced the profile, strategic development plan, and business layout of the law firm to Mr. Bhang. Ms. Tang Ja expressed her views on how to better conduct comprehensive strategic cooperation with Shanghai Jilin Chamber of Commerce from her own opinion.Ms. Bu An said that she would actively integrate into the work of the Jilin Chamber of Commerce and contribute her strength and wisdom to the development of the Shanghai Jilin Chamber of Commerce. Secretary-General Mr. Bhang highly praises the Beauty Valley law firm team, strategic layout, market development, and innovative legal service products of the Law Firm, and expects the Beauty Valley law firm to give full play to the role of legal service +, and embrace the future together for mutual benefit together with the commerce.
据悉，上海市吉林商会，原名上海吉林驻沪企业协会，2000年8月1日经上海市民政局注册登记批准成为具有法人资格的社会团体组织。接受上海市人民政府合作交流办和吉林省人民政府驻上海办事处的指导，是上海市工商联和吉林省工商联团体会员。商会现有会员企业400多家，联系服务2万户在沪吉商。会员企业遍布零售与商贸、制造业、文化、建筑、医药、金融与投资、法律、地产、服务业、现代农业、互联网、物流运输、国际贸易等诸多行业领域，拥有20多家行业或细分行业龙头企业，企业年实现利税超100亿元以上，直接形成就业岗位2.5万个以上。
It is reported that Shanghai Jilin Chamber of Commerce, formerly known as Shanghai Jilin Business Association, was registered and approved by Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau on August 1, 2000 as a social organization with legal personality. Under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Cooperation and Exchange Office and the Jilin Provincial People's Government Office in Shanghai, which is a member of the Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Jilin Province Federation of Industry and Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce currently has more than 400 member enterprises and 20,000 Jilin businessmen practising commerce in Shanghai. The members are located in many industries such as retail and commerce, manufacturing, culture, construction, medicine, finance and investment, law, real estate, service industry, modern agriculture, internet, logistics and transportation, and international trade,it has more than 20 leading enterprises in various industries or sub-sectors, and the annual profits and taxes of the enterprise exceed 10 billion yuan, and more than 25,000 jobs are directly formed.
刚刚加盟美谷所的高级战略顾问卜艳籍贯吉林珲春，满族镶黄旗后裔，毕业于贵州财经大学，国家级高级营销管理师，曾任国际4A广告公司策划总监和政府机关刊物主编，连续十五年从事品牌整合营运管理工作，涉猎行业包括房地产、大型餐饮娱乐、医疗、文化、网络科技等。
