上海奉贤区司法局党委书记、局长张文权一行莅临美谷律师事务所调研并指导工作

   2019年12月12日，奉贤区司法局党委书记、局长张文权一行莅临上海美谷律师事务所进行调研并指导工作。

   美谷律师事务所主任汤佳律师首先对张文权局长一行的到来表示热烈的欢迎，随后就美谷律师事务所执业及党建工作的开展情况、党支部情况、事务所规模、人员构成及正在推进的各项工作向张局长作了介绍。

  On December 12,2019,Zhang Wenquan,secretary of the Party Committee and director of Fengxian District Judicial Bureau,visited Shanghai BeautyValley law firm for Survey and guidance with his party.

  Tang Jia,director of  BeautyValley law firm,extended a warm welcome to the director Zhang Wenquan and his party firstly,and then introduced the current situation of practice,Party construction work and Party branch,as well as the law firm size,staff composition and the ongoing work.

   在听完介绍后，张文权局长对美谷律师事务所的工作给予了肯定。张局长表示，第一，美谷所的企业文化做的非常好；第二，美谷所非常有活力，年轻人是未来的希望；第三，美谷所的层次非常高，有着自己的知识产权团队、公司商事法律服务团队、刑事团队、涉外法律服务团队；第四，美谷所的对外交流活动以及公益活动多，以及美谷所的团队协同意识等都代表了未来律师行业发展的趋势。张局长强调并期待美谷律师要顺应历史发展潮流，朝着更加现代化、正规化和国际化的精品所发展方向努力奋斗！最后张局长表示，很高兴美谷律师事务所开展调研活动，通过双方的交流，对美谷律师开阔的思路、活跃的思维以及对律所党建、精品所建设的思考和法治情怀印象深刻，并表示今后将进一步加强沟通与交流。

   After listening to the introduction, directorZhang Wenquan affirmed the work of BeautyValleylaw firm. Director Zhang said that, firstly, thecorporate culture of BeautyValley firm is prettygood; secondly,  BeautyValleylaw firm is really dynamic which impressed himdeeply, and young people are the hope of the future; thirdly, the level of BeautyValley law firm is very highincluding the intellectual property team, corporatecommercial legal service team, criminal team, foreign-relatedlegal service team; fourthly, BeautyValley lawfirm has participated many exchange activitiesand public services.In addition,the staff of BeautyValley firm have teamwork spirit awareness . All of whichabove-mentioned represent the developing trend of the lawyer industry inthe future. Director Zhang stressed and expected that lawyers of  BeautyValleyfirm should follow the trend of historical development and seek for the aim tobuild a more modern,more standardized and international excellent law firm. At last, director Zhang said that he was very pleased with thisSurvey and was deeply impressed by the open mind,active thinking,theeffort in Party construction,the feelings ofgoverned by law and thinking to build anexcellent law firm through exchanges between the two sides.He also mentioned that communication and exchange activitieswould be further strengthened in the future.
